New Piping System Installation

We recently completed a project for a customer to expand their production by installing an entirely new system.
IE&M fabricated and installed the entirety of the piping system for 8 vessels & pumps, filling station, and 8 mixing tanks.
We designed the piping layout and measurement plans in house for 3000 feet of pipe and fabricated and installed new suction, fill & overflow pipelines for 8 vessels.
The project included pneumatic mixing valve manifolds for all 8 mixing tanks with 45 valves total. The 8 mixing tanks had nitrogen purge piping which IE&M fabricated and installed along with all pipe support structures, platforms and step ladders. We installed and plumbed transfer pumps at each storage tank as well.
