Burner Blower Emergency Repair
Innovative Engineering and Maintenance performed an immensely successful emergency repair. A power generation facility was unexpectedly forced out of service due to the catastrophic failure of their burner blower. A new blower drum from the OEM was quoted to arrive in 15 days, which was much too long for the facility to be out of service. IE&M dedicatedly worked around the clock to construct a new blower drum from scratch. We were even able to have the drum balanced at 2:00 AM. We reinstalled the blower and had the facility back in service in less than four days!
