Since 1946, Innovative Engineering and Maintenance has been a supporter and has hired engineers from all the various Maritime Academies, with none more prominent as those alumni of the California Maritime Academy.
The skills required to troubleshoot and repair petrochemical facilities and power generation plants, equipped with the newest technology and automation systems, requires a unique skill set not found in many educational institutions.
CMA develops engineers who can not only design solutions, but also have the hands’ on skills which comes from shipboard training that translates design into action.
These skills are why Innovative Engineering and Maintenance continues to hire and staff our crane engineering groups with qualified CMA graduates.
Innovative Engineering and Maintenance endeavors to always to give back to California Maritime, and all the other Maritime Academies, in many ways to order to foster the future supply of excellent engineers that Maritime Academies produce.
