New Vibrating Conveyor Installation

Innovative Engineering and Maintenance recently upgraded a vibrating conveyor system by engineering a procedure allowing the customer to continuously operate all three of their boilers for the duration of the project.

Conveyors were replaced by removing one of the two existing conveyors and installing temporary framings and new pedestal mounts. The ash delivery system was modified, a new conveyer in operating facility installed, a conveyor commissioned, and a second vibrating conveyor removed.

IE&M’s fabrication shop custom fabricated all required modification, structural supports, mechanical modifications as well as executing electrical modification and terminations.
